Video Sound doesn't stop on social apps even when i have scrolled it.

while using Instagram and facebook but more frequently on facebook that when i watch a video and scroll it the sound of that video still goes on and wouldn't stop until I play another video or switch to my profile tab it happens all the times and it is so frustrating and this same problem occurs on instagram too that when i open instagram n there is a video on my feed and i refresh the content so the content refreshes but the sound of that video continues until i switch to My profile or explore tab and then again i go to news feed. 

Is anyone else having this problem ??

yes brother, i have Galaxy Note 9. and sometimes i also face this issue. But not everytime but sometime.

is your mobile updated to android 10? i don't know exactly but i think this problem started when i updated to android 10
