I am a Sri Lankan. My aunt lives in England. I bought an s21 Fe phone from a backmarket website and brought it to Sri Lanka on her behalf. The secure folder on it won't open. It displays the message Unauthorized software is installed. Secure Folder can't be used on this phone. I want to know what is going on here.
Or the previous owner might have rooted or modified the firmware. You can check this using the Phone INFO Samsung tool, which you can get from the playstore.
