Hi community I trade in my A73 for S25 ultra on 14th January 2026 .I was told by shop that I will be given free gift galaxy buds 3 FE and contacted by samsung pakistan with in 2 to 4 weeks . I started contacting samsung pakistan official and help line whatsapp numbers from 21st January 2026 till now with no response and at last now they are telling me you haven't redeemed your gift voucher and its expired on 28th February. Can anyone tell me please what to do or anyone else has also gone through it. Thanks
