I've been using s9 plus duos for a while now in Pakistan and its problem is that it is not updating. Every time I try to update it says your device is already updated to latest version, even its security patch is from 1st September 2018. Not a single update is coming in my phone. Its model is SM-G965F. Please provide me with a solution to this.

sir Samsung give us 3 year updates

what is your phone CSC ?
go to settings> about phone> software information> take screen a screen shoot > share it here if you can.

see here, this is information of my phone...Red underlined code shows CSC..Here PAK means Pakistan..Remember that "first three " code must be same to get an OTA update. if first three codes are not same then phone will not get an update. Fourth and last code shows Original CSC that originally phone belongs to which country. This Fourth code can't be changed.
