Mine is android 16 but its ui 8.0...still not getting update of AT&T model phone?

at&t models had a bit of update issue so u need to flash one ui 8.5 with odin or samfw tool

odin and samfw are tools to reflash the operation system on ur device its kinda complicated so I advise u to watch maybe like 3 to 5 tutorials before doing it

try going to a samsung service center they will update ur software butttt u might lose ur data
