I know a lot of people are nervous about updating their phone. My friend who also owned an s22 Ultra got a white line on the side of the camera, and he didn't install any of the latest updates. It's crazy what causes these issues. I don't think it's the act of updating your phone that causes the issue, but more the heat related and generated while doing something intense.
