Software Update One UI 5 ( Android 13)

I'm using Samsung Galaxy S21 and I got the software update Android 13. 

Shall I Install this update on my phone? 

Is it any bugs ? 

Please give me your suggestions

(Already I lost my S10+ due to update Android 12 Last year )
