So disappointed with the Samsung gifting procedure.

Asalam o alaikum dear all,
My name is Irfan khan, from Dera ismail khan. 
Booked and received Samsung galaxy S22 ultra on 4th of April 2022.
Redeemed voucher for Galaxy buds and leather case on 10th April 2022.
Since 10th of April, haven't received my gifting despite of several complaints.
Planning to sue the company as I have been deprived of my fundamental right for the gifting which I have already paid in advance. 
Samsung Pakistan is damaging the name of Samsung Korea by such a stagnant, pathetic service delivery. 
Very much disappointed 😞

Thanks. I have s22 not ultra. So i dont have leather case. And last time when I was talking to helpline for my case, I raised ur concern too. They asked me to ask u to call back, the guys names are Muhammad Ahmed (senior executive) and Qasim customer represenatative.
