Signal goes No Network

My S20 5G has dual sim 1psim 1esim 

When i call or recieve a call and the line connected in few seconds both the sim network goes offline or no service and agin it will become normal 

Why is this?

It's normal
Lemme explain. let's imagine you have Sim A and you use mobile data on that SIM.
Also SIM B also your SIM card but you don't use Mobile data on that SIM.
Even if you turned on Volte,

If you're getting call to SIM B, Mobile data goes off, it's normal.

Btw you can try enabling data switch backup calling which is on Settings>Connections>SIM Manager.
