My samsung s7 proximity sensor not working after the updates.i used samsung members diagnostic tool to test the phone.in sensor and offical software appear a message action required.

To resolve Samsung Galaxy S7 proximity sensor issue after an update:
1. Firstly, restart the phone and check if the proximity sensor starts functioning.
2. If the issue persists, clean the proximity sensor lens and check if there's any debris blocking it. Check for any software updates and install them, as this could resolve the issue.
3. If the above steps don't work, perform a factory reset which can clear any software related issues and restore the phone to its original state.
4. If the above steps do not work, the issue could be hardware related and it is recommended to take the phone to a professional repair shop for further diagnosis and repair.

I did the factroy reset.still not work yet.i think the problem come by hardware side.

I think it was a hardware fault so visit nearest samsung customer service center
