I love Samsung and it pains me to see it adopting the arrogance which dethroned Nokia, National and Sony and let to their downfall. Samsung banked upon the opertunity presented and became market leader as we as darling of the buyers. Now following the same path as Nokia, National and Sony. May be its just in the DNA of electronics appliance manufacturers. They are on verge of loosing its touch with people and extinguishing the fire to meet and exceed the customer expectations. Bringing hapiness and joy to their customers is no longer visible as their stride. Samsung needs to realign its focus, because sometimes while stretching to grab the stars you loose your foot on the ground. I hope they once again revisit and kindle sprit which made Samsung Samsung.
