Samsung Galaxy s7 edge network unlock

I've a Samsung Galaxy s7 edge non-PTA mobile phone and network service is provided by T-mobile . That's why i can't use other sim cards or other network . Anyone please guide me how to resolve this issue!

I had an S7 some years ago, also t mobile, but it ran every network sim. Maybe it's just pta issue with your mobile.
