I received a pre-ordered Galaxy S24 Ultra in Pakistan nearly 3 weeks back and since then it had a problem of signals disappearing. The customer service centre re-loaded but it yet the problem was not solved. Ultimately the mobile set was deposited for replacement, which since last 2 weeks has not been done by the company inspite of my repeated contacts with them and I have a temporary mobile set inlieu. This attitude of the company does not speak good of them by not honouring its commitment. I would advise other users also to be careful.
