Hi, i received my redemption code through the samsung members app today. I tried to redeem it but encountered an error that the voucher is invalid or a duplicate. I then spoke with samsung customer support and they issue a new voucher to me through the app. I have just used it and went through.

I was then taken to a page which said thank you for submission and we will review the details soon.

Hopefully it will be dispatched soon.
