S8 is not updating to Android Pie from Oreo

I am trying to uodate my s8 from oreo to pie. Bug it says "The latest updates have already been installed"

install smart switch app from play store, also install in pc , then connect the both devices and opn smart switch then u will find the update option if your device is upgradable

just install the latest firmware from sammobile and flash it. or see the sammobile website how to flash its a simple method
