S24 ultra whatsapp call & voice note issue

Facing issue of low voice call and voice note volume on whatsapp after latest update on S24 ultra. Anyone else facing the same?

First try diagnostic test = Speaker. Make sure volume is full. Then check the sound quality and loudness.

Thats ok. Call volume is working fine with normal voice calls.

Only experiencing low audio volume during WhatsApp calls? Could you use alternative software for testing call quality, such as Facebook Messenger, to determine if the issue is specific to WhatsApp?

Its specific to whatsapp. Rest all is fine

Go to setting of whatsapp - click storage and data - uncheck "Use less data for calls"
Then check issue is resolved or not.

Could you please clarify if both the in-ear speaker and the loudspeaker cause the same issue during calls and video calls?

After dialing the call and pressing the volume up button, the volume is full. Even after that, you hear a low voice?

Is the option to use less data during calls disabled?
