After pausing a playback (YouTube, music layer, etc) my S24 seems to get disconnected from Huawei FreeBuds 4. Though Bluetooth menu still shows them as connected, when I resume the playback sound starts coming from the phone's speakers, in other words sound connection between S24 and FreeBuds is lost. Tried to unpair & hard reset (10+ seconds long press button on the case) - nothing helped. Also tried to change AVRCP version in developer settings - also no luck.
I have exactly the same issue. I haven't found anything online or any Samsung nor Huawei debug steps. It simply stops transmitting audio after 1 min, 5 min, sometimes just seconds...
