I got my S24 Ultra along with the pre order stock back in Feb 2024 and has been using it ever since without any issues but the date of first call is still being shown as 00/00/0000 as of today as well.
There is no need to be concerned about the issue affecting numerous Samsung phones. The date of the first call can occur at any time and may differ from the date you made the first call.
For instance, if you make a call on February 1, 2024, and the date of the first call remains 00... after 3 to 4 months, it may display a date from the current month, such as 05/07/2024.
