S22 ultra vs s23 ultra

Can anyone tell me about S22s and s23s front camera and overall experience that which is better?

I recommend the S23 Ultra; it surpasses the S22 Ultra in several key aspects, including processor and camera capabilities.

But I'm still worried about it front camera. The S23 and S24 Ultras have 12mp front cameras and I don't know about the S23u but the S24's front camera is not impressive.
