Mobile pr supper fast charging likha ata hai, but bohat slow charge hota hai, 4.30 hours main sirf 42% charge howa hai, ye issue aksar ata hai, and kabi sahi b hota hai

Brother no need to worry about this might be because of 2 Reasons
1: As s21 has been out for a long time the battery has been degraded
This is a guess

2: The weather is extremely hot outside so the phone might be restricting itself to charge

If you are using a case or Some jelly sheets or skins
Please remove thay

Charge for 15 mins then stop it for 5 min
Repeat until you get desired amount of charge

Brother, same issue with me on my S23 Ultra, and it is because of extremely hot weather . When you put your phone to charge and the time that shows until fully charge disappears that means your phone is heated up , immediately remove the charge as it will affect your battery, I personally use a phone radiator to when I charge to keep the phone cool while charging or put it on charge in an air conditioning room
