S21 ultra Camera Failed error

Camera app is stuck on black screen. Tried different solutions from the web but still not resolved. Even teied after factory reseting the device but still camera app is displaying only black screen and nothing works. Front and rear camera works on 3rd party apps but stock samsung camera app is not working.Sometimes Camera app failed error occurs.

Anyone esle having tge same issue !

No need to do this simple solution is that install updates then open and update again
If it is not working then your camera is faulty repair them

Already tried below solutions.
1.Force restart
2.Tried in Safe Mode
3.Cleared app and cache
4.Factory reset
BUT no luck.
