I talked to a samsung representative yesterday, seems like the early pre order batch units started dispatching in the late feb and i got my device on 14th march so mine is not the early bird pre order set but a launch pre order set and the vouchers have not been activated for the launch pre order sets yet but it'll be by the end of march and also, only the early bird pre order phones were to get the "buds 2 pro", the launch pre order sets will get the "Buds FE" She asked me to wait till the end of this march for the vouchers to be activated on the launch pre-order phones.
