Regarding your mobile device, is it officially PTA-approved or patched? Have you attempted any modifications, such as rooting, on your device?
If your device is running official software without any modifications, please try the following:
1. Restart your device and recheck the functionality.
2. Power off your device for a few minutes, then power it back on and attempt the operation again.
If the issue persists:
3. Back up all your data and perform a factory reset, then check again.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, I recommend contacting the Samsung service center to report the problem. They may be able to reinstall the operating system.
