One Ui 4 based Android 12

I've a Samsung S21 USA varient and i haven't got android 12 update yet. Does anyone know about the updates for this varient?

After 10.days you got the update whenever you don't receive update please go to samsung center and update it officaly

You mean we can go to Samsung center here in Pakistan and they can give us the update? Or is it something online?

Oki ap jae kal service center oski timing subu 9 sa shm 6 ha or mara comment ki side pa 3 dot ho ga waha jaka solution accept kardo

I went to service center. They will not do anything. My s21 ultra is Hong Kong model and they only deal with pakistani model.
