One UI Beta Updates in Pakistan

When will we all get the updates at the same time all over the world?

Now beta software is not supported in Pakistan. In fact, it is only available in a handful of countries. 

Even when we get stable update, it comes in stages region wise. 

I want updates to be seamless and rolled over at the same time all over the world. 

Also, the beta updates should also be seamless and not region dependent.
