One UI 4 beta is there any availability in Sri lanka?

Unfortunately registrations for the beta release is not open to Sri Lanka , YET. This might change in the future though. Hopefully soon.

I read that there might be a lot of bugs in the beta release and thats why its not available everywhere.

I'm sure u meant compatible. Yes though its not confirmed officially, many sources indicate that the m11 will be eligible for the One Ui 4 update after its release

I think it is risky to go for beta program. There could be lot of bugs
