Notification Panel Accessibility

Good evening Samsung community 

I hope you're all well.

I have a concern regarding notification panel that it is accessible even on lock screen which it shouldn't be.

Although it prevents many things to get access but still mobile data, airplane mode, wifi and other small settings could be access as well.

Notification panel control should be given to the user to make it accessible on lock screen or not.

Search for "lock network settings" in Settings app and enable it.

After enabling it no one can turn off internet/wifi/gps from notification panel without unlocking the phone.

This feature is for safety reasons and should be enabled.
