Not getting wattsapp OTP

I am trying to get wattsapp OTP last two weeks but when I try to register pop-up came up we couldn't send an sms to your number, pls try again in 1 hr 

Can any 1 tell me about

Don't use your WhatsApp for 48 hours and then reinstall your WhatsApp and try again but make sure that the number you're using "must be active on same mobile" so it can automatically deduct the verification code..
You're having this problem due to, too many attempts..

Brother yeh whatsapp mai problem arha agar number aik bar bhi bend hova or code mengvaya to phir dubara code nahi ata. 1hr ka timing lg jata phir bar bar 1hr ka timing ata rehta
