Is scom 4g sims are working properly in non PTA smartphones. Or any restriction on non PTA Phones with Scom network. 

And Punjab province users may face any issues in signals strength with scom network?

Yup scom 4g working normally for calls and messages
not data though
Also if the sim fails to connect when calling try calling again and again

Scom sims are the only sims that wprk on non pta mobiles
