No Pre order Banner showing in members app

I have just received my Burgundy S22 Ultra which I preordered but there are no pre order Banner showing in benefits tab on the Samsung members add.

I contacted samsung and they said that my issue is noted down and team will get in touch with me but didn't tell me the exact time.
