Mery Pass Samsung S7 hy or uski PTA duty pay krdi thi or woh PTA approve bhi hogya but Jb me koi Pakistani Sim laga raha hn to koi bhi sim nahi chal rahi. " Network Locked Sim card inserted" ye araha hy .

Meny PTA sy bhi complaint ki but woh keh rahy hain unki taraf sy mobile registered hogya hy.

Please guide me how to resolve the issue
