Modes & Routines issue

Is anyone else having issues with Modes & Routines? Custom Routines don't seem to activate.

For me, it started happening after January update

I hope next update fixes it. Its a very useful tool that I hate not having.

My routines doesn't work well. For example enabling Eye comfort while reading on Chrome but sometimes when I close the Chrome it doesn't turn off the eye comfort sheild.
That is just 1 example

Thought I should let you guys know, with the new update my Modes & Routines have started to work normally again
