As you committed you are giving benefits with pre booking as I purchased s25 ultra 
But there is no voucher I wonder if you give me buds as soon as possible

Wait a few days. A voucher will appear in the Members app > Benefits > My Vouchers. You will be able to redeem free buds using that voucher. It will likely appear in late February or early March.
