Is there any setting to restrict data usage fro any app easily

In Samsung software there's no such setting available.
All other brands like oppo vivo infinix provide this basic feature.

You can try Net Guard App ro restrict data usage if you're using Samsung.

Yes available.
Go to Settings-->connections-->Data usage-->Allowed Networks for apps.
U will see list of your mobile apps then select app which u wanna allow network or not.
