No brother, it's untraceable now. Only thing you can do is to report an FIR and then send the copy of FIR to PTA for IMEI blocking. If you want to use that IMEI in future (by patching it on NON PTA S24U) then don't send that IMEI to PTA. If you send them, they will block that IMEI.
Have you logged in to your samsung account to trace your phone? You can trace your phone even if it is offline. Even google also offers this feature now. Try both
Please login to samsung account and find it . Samsung has added offline tracking. Means when you put your device on offline find any nearny samsung device will detect your devixe through ultra wide band and update the location. Donot remove your device from samsung account
