Well... If it's a software issue, it should probably be resolved after the reset. If not, it's probably a hardware issue. Check with a Samsung service center for technical assistance.

1.Force Restart your phone first

2.Restart your phone in Safe mode

3.Clear Camera Cache

4.Reset the Camera

5.Reset All Settings

6.Delete the system cache

7.Backup your files and reset your phone

I think that issue might be with its hardware.

I suggest you to Factory Reset your Galaxy device. But make sure to have all the backup files before performing it.

Use the steps below to perform Factory Reset on your Galaxy device.
Go to Settings > General & Backup and reset > Factory data reset > Reset device > Tap Delete all.

If not, visit a nearby Samsung Service Center for further assistance.
