The company must give a solution for this, not the customer should bear the burden. Right after the software update it started to appear out of nowhere. The company is asking more than 160000 rupees to replace the display. Why should the customer pay this if the company admits it's their fault. Other manufacturers like oneplus are replacing the display free of charge for the same issue. But here samsung failed to support the customer. I have been a loyal samsung fan since the galaxy s3. Now i will have to move on. No Samsung here after. There quality of products is very questionable also the build quality is poor for even flagship devices. I will never recommend samsung to anyone hereafter and will not allow anyone in my family to buy a Samsung device. My decision is firm. Bye Samsung

Same issue on my S20 Ultra, either they should replace the screen free or discounted rate or we need to boycott Samsung forever
