Samsung should consider providing its own call recording app in the Galaxy Store rather than relying on third-party apps. A native call recorder is a basic feature for a mobile device, and all companies offer it, not just on smartphones but also on budget feature phones. Samsung currently restricts this feature based on countries/regions, unlike other OEMs that provide it universally. People in the Middle East invest a significant portion of their salaries in flagship Samsung devices, but when they return to their home countries, they're unable to use this essential feature despite spending substantial amounts of money. Samsung should launch its own app for call recording to address this issue. In today's world, this feature is crucial for safeguarding against various unwanted issues. However, many users are hesitant to grant all permissions to third-party apps for this purpose. I believe Samsung will consider this request.

The call recording feature is not available for all countries and regions because it isn't legal in some countries to record calls. Even in Sri Lanka it is illegal to record a call without the consent of the other party.

The Galaxy store offers call recording applications, but they are not developed by Samsung. Unfortunately, native call recording is not permitted by the TRCSL, which means that Sri Lankans can only access phones imported from the Middle East and other restricted countries, unless they obtain their device from a non-restricted country.
