Few days back even I got a green line on my S21. I went to The Phone Company in Colombo 03 and complained about the issue. They asked me to handover the device after the backup and I gave my device to them last Tuesday for free screen replacement. Within 4 days I got a message from them that my device is ready to collect and today I got my device. Even I worried about their bad customer reviews, but I got my work done quickly. Display is free but u have to pay 5000/= for service. The free screen display offer for S21 is valid untill this year (Dec 31st).

Once your screen got replaced.. just check they changed your battery with new one or not. Because when I went to the Phone company for the first time.. they said Samsung offers new battery replacement also with this free display for green line issue. Once I got my device after the service done, I checked battery status in diagnosis section in Samsung members app, its still showing battery is weak, action required like before I handover the phone to them. It is look like they didn't replace my battery as they mentioned about new battery. If u can before handover your phone.. just ask and clarify about new battery replacement alongside with free display replacement.
