Galaxy S9 screen flickers

I am using s9 for the last 6 months. Everything was ok but now I am experiencing a problem with screen. Sometimes when I unlock the phone / turns it on with power button or fingerprint, screen starts flickering and there is change of colours.

How should I fix it.

Please help.

creat your data backup and then reset ur device it would fix

I have done reboot, factory reset, master reset but problem not solved.
