I have galaxy S8 plus special edition phone (6 128gb). But the phone was some issues in its own software and approximately a month ago my phone's software died. I tried to reinstall the software but no luck everytime the software was installed it never runs and get stuck on the logo. It cost me 38 days endless suffering and 12k rs of new motherboard. Because Samsung's customer service says "it's not our phone, so we can't do anything about it".
A huge shame on Samsung's performance because now I am running a local 4 64gb variant due their negligence.😞😡😡
