Did you fill the form on Samsung members app?
Did you get any conformational email or call after submitting the form?

Within 15 working days
Form filled around 28 March,
Called myself on helpline on 9 April, received Buds on 17th April

I have submitted it yesterday 18 April.But I did not get any email. I hope I will get them within 15 working days ?
should I wait or contact them myself?

They will not sent any email. I think you should wait a week if call not received than call yourself on helpline
