I am using a Samsung Galaxy S25 with One UI 8.5 / Android 16.

I would like Samsung to add an option to completely disable Quick Panel access while the phone is locked.

Currently, anyone can swipe down on the Lock Screen and access Quick Settings such as:

  • Airplane Mode
  • Wi-Fi / Mobile Data
  • Bluetooth
  • Sound/Silent
  • Brightness
  • Flashlight and other controls

My request is simple:

When the phone is locked, Quick Panel and all Quick Settings should remain inaccessible until the device is unlocked with the correct PIN, Password, or biometric authentication.

This is especially important for anti-theft and device security. If a phone is lost or stolen, the person who finds it should not be able to change important settings before the owner can locate or secure the device.

I have already enabled the available security features, including Lock Network and Security, Theft Protection, Identity Check, Offline Finding, and Samsung Find, but there is still no complete Lock Screen Quick Panel restriction.

Please consider adding:

Settings → Lock Screen → Secure Lock Settings → Disable Quick Panel While Locked

A truly locked phone should not allow access to system controls until the authorized user unlocks it.

Thank you. I hope Samsung considers this important security feature for a future One UI update.
