Facing Problem

I had to reset my phone (Galaxy S22+) but when it was reset, Google Play Store has disappeared. Even it is not available in Apps section. I've tried everything but nothing worked, then I went to factory reset again but thats disappeared too, then went to hard reset through recovery mode but the option to hard reset has disappeared too. Need help

Your best bet now is to contact Samsung themselves.

Head over to www.samsung.com, scroll all the way down, and you'll see a support section.

Choose the option that suits you best.

Is your device is rooted ? I think so.
Contact Samsung Service Center for software flashing.
