I am getting an error from tomorrow after i updated

Connect your device to laptop. Go into recovery mode, first clear Cache, then go for repair apps.

After this you will face no issue.

how to go into recovery mode? can you give any video link where these steps have been performed?

First turn off your mobile and connect it with laptop or PC using data cable.

Then press volume UP and Power Key at same time. Keep them pressing until Samsung logo apears.

Your device will boot in Recovery Mode. Be careful here. You can only use volume and power key there. Press volume down and up key to move selector up and down. And power key to select that option.
First select WIPE CACHE PARTITION. Then there will be No and Yes options. Select Yes.

After WIPE CACHE PARTITION. Now go to REPAIR APPS option (it will be at end) and select that. Your device will first reboot. Then UI loading will apear. After that mobile will turn ON automatically.

CAUTION : DON'T select WIPE DATA RESET,. DON'T. It will delete all your data from mobile.
Be extra conscious in Recovery Mode and select WIPE CACHE PARTITION only and then REPAIR APPS.

You only have to go for these two options. NEVER select any other.

i have done all that .... nothing happened....i have also done factory reset after doing backup.....and the restore my backup also
still its the same

Then it's memory chip fault. Go for software flashing first. If that solves the problem then good. But if still you face this issue after software flashing, then its a big problem.

- did you checked your phone before restore and after resetting ?
