Does anyone recieved one ui 8 update on S25 Ultra?

Salam, can anyone let me know if he has recieved one ui 8 update on S25 Ultra? One of my friend had recently recievd last week, but I have not. What could be the reason?

I am not using any SIM card in it, neither it's PTA approved yet. Could that be a reason why I am not recieving it?
