Disabling Quick Settings Panel in Lock Screen.

Guys, have you found a way to disable the Quick settings panel in the Lock Screen??? 

This is very alarming considering security of the device. Sad to see Samsung has quietly removed the feature.

Hi... there's no such a way disable. But Quick panel will be locked in Kids Mode. But you have to turn on kids mode before you lock the screen each time. Even though you can lock the network settings changers like wifi, mobile data, bluetooth in lock screen. (Settings >Lock screen > secure lock settings > enter the PIN > Turn on Lock network and security)
At default it should be turn on.
