I bought a S23 FE a month ago n i redeemed the buds at that time.... After that i gave that phone to my brother n it's out of region.... I logged into the account to check about the buds status about when will i receive them.... But now it's not even showing that. Any idea what to do now?
Hi shaheen if you have activated your phone before giving it to your brother thn there is no issue you will get your free gift after few days but if you haven't activated your phone thn there should be a issue.you need to contact to sales department and find out
