Will using 25 watt original samsung charger effects battery life of s25 ultra if not using 45 watt original charger?

Not really. But Samsung never made anything higher than 45w so I'm assuming that's for a reason. You should also be ok with an original 25w but it's just going to be very slow.

Just saw comparison video on yt and difference is of only 13 mins while 25 watt isn't heating phone that much so I'm assuming less heat may increase battery life

Idk man I'll choosee the 45w. I don't think it'll effect the battery too much. Before s25 I had Xiaomi phone for 5 years with a 44w charger and it's battery is still amazing.
