Camera Rattling and Focus Issue – Galaxy S25 Ultra

Hi team, I'm facing a camera issue with my Galaxy S25 Ultra: When macro mode is turned on, a rattling sound appears. If the last used mode was 0.6× (ultra-wide), opening the camera causes continuous rattling. When manually zooming in and out, a very noticeable rattling sound can be heard. Please let me know if this is a hardware defect or a software issue. What is the solution for this?

Most high-end smartphones, including Galaxy Ultra models, have Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) and autofocus motors in the camera lenses.

When the camera is not active or shifting between modes (like ultra-wide to macro), the lens physically moves, and rattling may be heard.

This sound is usually normal, especially when the phone is shaken slightly or switching modes

However, if the noise is too loud, do the following.

1. Update Your Phone

Go to Settings > Software Update > Download and install.

Also check Galaxy Store > My apps > Update all, especially for the Camera app.

2. Clear Camera App Cache

Go to Settings > Apps > Camera >

Storage > Clear Cache (then optionally "Clear Data").

Thank you, but i know there's a bit noise is normal issue is nit only the noise, its rattling for few sec when open the camera display can see the shaking like struggling to switch for ultra wide
